Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-24
Pre-launch draft. The operating company, its registered address and governing law will be added before RemoteHub opens to the public.
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of RemoteHub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use RemoteHub for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
1. The service
RemoteHub lets authorised users connect to computers where the RemoteHub agent is installed, and to help others through quick support sessions they approve. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and turn on two-factor sign-in before using remote access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite.
3. Acceptable use
You may only connect to computers you own or are authorised to access, and only with the consent required by law. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it, immediately and without notice where needed to prevent harm.
4. Free plan
The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. We may move workspaces that use Free commercially to a paid plan or limit them.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Trials require a payment method and convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Addendum.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep RemoteHub available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel for a prorated refund.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using RemoteHub and delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
