Do I need to install anything on the computer I connect from?
No. You connect from a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Only the computer you want to reach runs the RemoteHub agent.
Is it secure?
Every account uses two-factor sign-in before remote access is allowed. Sessions are encrypted end to end between your browser and the device; our relay servers only ever see ciphertext.
Is it really free for personal use?
Yes. Reach up to 3 of your own computers for non-commercial use, with no card and no time limit.
What does the computer I connect to need?
Windows 10 or 11 at launch, with macOS to follow. The agent runs as a background service, so the computer can be reached when nobody is sitting at it.
Can I support customers who are not in my account?
Business and higher plans include quick support: your customer runs a small app, reads you a code, and approves the session on screen.
How is it cheaper than TeamViewer?
