Acceptable Use Policy

RemoteHub gives you control of other computers. That power comes with strict rules.

You must not

• Access any computer without the owner's permission, or beyond the permission you were given.
• Use RemoteHub for scams, including posing as a bank, tech support, a government agency or any company you do not represent.
• Pressure or trick anyone into installing RemoteHub or approving a session.
• Monitor people covertly, including partners, family members or employees, where the law does not allow it.
• Distribute malware, steal data or credentials, or commit fraud.
• Resell or share access to RemoteHub outside the plan you bought, or use Free for commercial work.
• Attack, probe or overload the service, or try to get around plan limits or security controls.

What we do

We review abuse reports and monitor for patterns of misuse. We may suspend or close accounts and disconnect sessions immediately, keep relevant records, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
