Quick support
Quick support lets you help a customer or colleague once, without enrolling their computer. It is included with Business, Premium and Corporate.
Start a session
- Send the person the quick support download link from your dashboard.
- They run the app. It shows a one-time code.
- They read you the code, and you enter it on your dashboard.
- They see your verified company name and approve the session.
What the other person controls
- They can end the session at any time with the End session button.
- A banner stays on their screen while you are connected.
- When the app closes, nothing stays installed.
During a trial
Quick support switches on after your first payment. This protects people from scammers who sign up for trials.
