Trials

Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. A card is required at checkout, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. During the trial you can enroll up to 10 devices, and quick support is off until the first payment.

Change plan or billing period

Owners can change plan on the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. To move to a smaller plan, first remove devices or users above the new plan's limits.

Invoices, payment methods and tax

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Open Billing → Payment method & invoices to update your card or download invoices. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where required; business customers can add a tax number at checkout.

Cancel

Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free limits and only your oldest 3 devices stay connectable.
