A TeamViewer alternative at about half the price

TeamViewer set the standard for remote access, and its plans have grown with it. For many freelancers and small IT teams, the price has grown faster than what they actually use: unattended access, quick support for customers, and a few technicians.

Like-for-like plans

We modelled our tiers on TeamViewer's, so you can switch without re-planning: Remote Access for one person's own computers, Business for one technician with up to 200 devices, Premium for teams of up to 15, and Corporate for up to 30 people and 500 devices. What is different

• The technician side is a browser. There is nothing to install on the computer you connect from.
• Two-factor sign-in is required. Every account, including Free, turns it on before remote access works.
• Peer-to-peer first. Sessions connect directly whenever the network allows, with encrypted relays as a fallback.

What you give up

TeamViewer supports more platforms today and offers enterprise features such as augmented-reality support and deep IT-service-management integrations. If you rely on those, stay where you are. At launch, RemoteHub reaches Windows computers, with macOS next.
